• PMI® gives each certificate applicant 365 days to take and pass their exam. If an applicant fails their exam, PMI® allows the applicant to retake two more times during the 365 days. If the exam is still not passed, PMI® will not authorize another attempt for one (1) year.
  
  First Failure: After the first failed attempt at the exam, the student must complete the course again in full. The second course session will be free of charge, after the student provides proof of failure from the test session or PMI®. The second exam must be taken within two (2) months of the first failure.
  
  Second Failure: After the second failed attempt at the exam, the student must complete the course again in full. The third course session will be free of charge, after the student provides proof of failure from the test session or PMI®. The third exam must be taken within two (2) months of the second failure.
  
  Third Failure: If you do not pass the PMP® exam in three attempts, we will refund your entire class enrollment fee.
  
  You must provide proof of each failed attempt within a week of the exan attempt. The Instructor will manually enrol you into a new course session.
  
  We will check the completion of the PMP® exam directly with PMI®, the name for the test taker must match the registry.
• You must attend your PMP® certification class in full.
• You must complete all assigned practice exams and quizzes in your student portal and receive your Certificate of Completion (COC) prior to your first exam attempt.

Please note: Exam fees are the responsibility of the student. Refunds must be requested within 6 months of the conclusion of your class.

General Information

• Refund Policy: Refund requests accepted within 5 calendar days of purchase of course. Refund requests are void after the start of original class date, or if the student has accessed class materials. Any refund request beyond 5 calendar days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
• Payment of the Exam: PMI® administers the PMP® exam at Pearson Vue testing facilities. Test fee is paid by the student.
• Applying for the Exam: You must apply for the exam on the Project Management Institute (PMI®) website. Please be aware that the Project Management Institute (PMI®) does audit a small percentage of exam applications. Please leave enough time to submit your application.
• Course Completion: Students are required to complete all assignments over the class semester and invest a total of 35 hours or more in order to receive their class completion certificate.
• Reporting Results: Please be sure to let your instructor know your results following your exam attempt.
• Missuse of Access: If any theft is discovered, including but not limited to: (sharing accounts); the user's account will be immediately closed and no refund will be offered.

Instructor-led Courses

• Flexible Transfer Policy: Our Flexible Transfer Policy allows students to enroll early with confidence. We do not impose any penalty for transfers to another live PMP® instructor-led class, as long as we are notified via email before the start of the course. If a student requests transfer to another live PMP® instructor-led class time prior to the start of their registered class, 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees will be applied toward the requested course time, without penalty.
  • Our transfer policy is valid for up to three (3) transfers to any Gana live class of equal or lesser value!* Students may pay the difference to transfer to a more expensive class.
  • If a class transfer is to a more expensive class, the price difference will be added.
  • Please note: No refunds will be issued for class transfers to lesser value classes or as a result of future promotions
• Course Materials: Each student is responsible for acquiring the text "A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)" as a companion to the class. The PMBOK® Guide text is available for free to members of the Project Management Institute® (PMI®). Alternatively, the PMBOK® Guide text can be purchased on Amazon.
  • We recomend signing up with PMI®® to become a member, because they give all members significant discounts on the cost of the exam. Often, the discount on the exam is the same as the cost of the membership, which means you get access to the PMBOK® and other materials at no additional cost.
• Course Cancellations: In rare occasions where a class cancellation occurs, we will issue an immediate and full refund of class fee paid, or enroll you in a future class with existing fees paid.
• Support: All students can contact their dedicated Course Administrator in order to expedite any and all support requests and inquiries.
• Access to Instructor: Class start time will occur no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Class will end on time. Class and instructor can agree that extra time can be spent working on answering questions.
• E-Learning Access: In addition to the included class materials, all students will receive 365 days of unlimited access to the online Self-paced exam prep system.
• Recording of Sessions: In the event a student must miss a class, we are happy to record the live class session and post it within 24 hours.
