This may surprise you, the United States isn't the leader when it comes to PMP®. China has a whopping 564,091 results for PMP®.

First, visit the Project Management Institute’s verification page. This page allows you to verify any PMP certification for authenticity. You can filter results by certification type, location, and the name of the certification holder.

You do not need to enter a name if you’re not looking up a specific person. Instead, you can simply input “PMP” and the country of interest. The query will return an integer representing the total number of current records. For the example above, I performed this lookup for many countries, one at a time.
